Welcome to XboxIssues
Welcome. I decided to make this blog after being a Xbox Ambassador for a number of years.
If you don't know an Ambassador is a Volunteer that Microsoft uses to help ease the load on the actual hard working support people.
I noticed that alot of the questions I would get could easily be solved by using Microsofts Xbox.com site.
Since some of the help articles may be hard to find, understand or the issue may be called something different in the gaming community making it more difficult to solve, I've decided to make this blog to make it easier for fellow gamers to get xbox assistance, news and all things Xbox.

RUMOR: Xbox One owners may get Star Wars Battlefront before the PS4
Xbox Marketing manager Aaron Greenberg has strongly hinted on Twitter that the game will launch earlier in the Xbox One via EA Access. Access is currently only available on the Xbox One, and gives users access to certain titles five days ahead of general release.
Unfortunately it doesn't look like EA Access will launch on the PlayStation 4 any time soon. So for the time being, Xboxers will be the first ones returning to the Star Wars universe. We're chasing this up with Microsoft now for confirmation.
@Spitfire_Spud @PNF4LYFE @JCrookedSmile @TiC_Podcast @The_CrapGamer @XboxP3 @EAAccess @EA_DICE Very ready & play it first on #XboxOne!

NEWS: For my gamers across the pond You can now buy an Xbox One for £300
Microsoft has confirmed that it's dropped the price of the Xbox One to £299.99 in the UK. The discount appears to be in force starting today, and brings the console cost down below that of the PS4.
But for that £300 you won't get Kinect, which Microsoft stopped making mandatory back in 2014.
