Welcome to XboxIssues

Welcome. I decided to make this blog after being a Xbox Ambassador for a number of years.

If you don't know an Ambassador is a Volunteer that Microsoft uses to help ease the load on the actual hard working support people.

I noticed that alot of the questions I would get could easily be solved by using Microsofts Xbox.com site.

Since some of the help articles may be hard to find, understand or the issue may be called something different in the gaming community making it more difficult to solve, I've decided to make this blog to make it easier for fellow gamers to get xbox assistance, news and all things Xbox.

If you have any Xbox related question you can find the answer to feel free to contact me on YouTube, twitter or in the comments.

NEWS: Borderlands Coming To Xbox One Backward Compatibility

Borderlands will be supported on Xbox One Backward Compatibility when it launches publicly this November and is available in Preview today, expanding the growing library of Xbox 360 titles available on Xbox One and joining the greatest games lineup in Xbox history.

If you own Borderlands, you’ll be able to play it on your Xbox One and you can carry over your previously-saved files, game add-ons and achievements. Developed by Gearbox Software and published by 2K, bringing Borderlands to Xbox One Backward Compatibility lets you dive back into the loot-filled world of Pandora and pick up your adventure right where you left off on Xbox 360. Battle your way through the world of Pandora with Claptrap, your ever-talkative robot companion, and your fellow Vault Hunters on Xbox Live, no matter which Xbox console they are playing on.

“We are proud to support Xbox One Backward Compatibility by bringing the complete, original Borderlands to Xbox One, including all downloadable content,” said 2K President Christoph Hartmann. “We know many of our fans have put in dozens, even hundreds, of hours exploring the world of Pandora on their Xbox 360, and now they can continue their adventures on Xbox One.”

NEWS: Star Wars Battlefront Beta Coming Early October

If you felt a disturbance in the Force, it might be because Electronic Arts announced earlier today Star Wars Battlefront would host an open beta starting in early October.

Coming early October to multiple platforms including Xbox One, Star Wars Battlefront Beta will feature Walker Assault on Hoth, a 40-player multiplayer battle featuring Rebels and the Empire. Walker Assault will also give you the chance to play Darth Vader and Luke Skywalker. The Beta also features a Survival Mission on Tatooine, where you and a Rebel friend must fight back waves of Imperial forces. A brand-new mode called Drop Zone will also be available, and EA has said they’ll provide more details about this new mode in the future.

In addition to the open beta, EA also announced the Star Wars Battlefront Companion experience featuring the strategic card game Base Command and the ability to check game stats and progression, customize load-outs and appearance, connect with friends, and get notified when they’re playing Star Wars Battlefront – as well as gather intel on their stats and progression so you can see how you match up.
