Welcome to XboxIssues
Welcome. I decided to make this blog after being a Xbox Ambassador for a number of years.
If you don't know an Ambassador is a Volunteer that Microsoft uses to help ease the load on the actual hard working support people.
I noticed that alot of the questions I would get could easily be solved by using Microsofts Xbox.com site.
Since some of the help articles may be hard to find, understand or the issue may be called something different in the gaming community making it more difficult to solve, I've decided to make this blog to make it easier for fellow gamers to get xbox assistance, news and all things Xbox.

XBOX GAME PASS: Announcing Over 50 New Games, and Ultimate Holiday Offer
Let’s get into this good stuff. We’ve got too many good games we need to share. If you haven‘t tried Xbox Game Pass Ultimate yet, we’ve got your first 3 months for $1. I did not type that wrong, it’s 3 months for you to give all these games a shot for just $1. Plus, while we know you’re all here for the games, your Xbox Game Pass Membership gets you a bunch of other things (like discounts on DLC, buying games in our library, etc.), we’re excited to add more to this list for the holidays.
That’s a lot of games, so here’s a list of what you can play today:
And here’s another list of games coming to Xbox Game Pass beginning this holiday and throughout 2020.
I’m betting you hadn’t forgotten our promise to bring Xbox Game Studios games to Xbox Game Pass the same day as their launch – like Age of Empires: Definitive Edition, which celebrates the 20th anniversary of the most popular strategy games ever! Pretty sure I mentioned before that it’s available today, but it’s worth saying again, it’s available today.
And a just a few short weeks later, we’re bringing Halo: The Master Chief Collection to PC for the first time, starting with Halo: Reach on December 3. Now optimized for PC, experience the revered campaign and the pivotal battle for the planet Reach as Noble team fights to save humanity’s last stronghold.
There is also an updated bundle for console, which includes Halo 3: ODST and Halo: Reach. Plus, since it’s included with your Xbox Game Pass membership, you can pre-install now, so you’re ready to play on day one!
Beyond Dec, there are even more Xbox Game Studios titles coming in 2020:
And while it’s sad to say goodbye to games that are leaving our library on November 30, if you want to snag them now so you can keep playing, don’t forget that members get a 10% discount on games before they go!
