Welcome to XboxIssues

Welcome. I decided to make this blog after being a Xbox Ambassador for a number of years.

If you don't know an Ambassador is a Volunteer that Microsoft uses to help ease the load on the actual hard working support people.

I noticed that alot of the questions I would get could easily be solved by using Microsofts Xbox.com site.

Since some of the help articles may be hard to find, understand or the issue may be called something different in the gaming community making it more difficult to solve, I've decided to make this blog to make it easier for fellow gamers to get xbox assistance, news and all things Xbox.

If you have any Xbox related question you can find the answer to feel free to contact me on YouTube, twitter or in the comments.

HOW TO: Transfer Xbox 360 Saves to Xbox One

With the introduction of backwards compatibility to the Xbox One you may be wondering, what about my 360 game saves, I've put hours in to the 360 and I don't want to restart games that became backwards compatible from the beginning.

Xbox One won't just allow you to play Xbox 360 games on Microsoft’s newer console. It’ll allow you to use your old save files, too.

To get that feature to work, you'll have to transfer your 360 saves to the cloud. It’s easy, so long as so you still have access to those saves on an Xbox 360.

1.  From the Xbox 360 Home Screen, press the Xbox Button on the controller.
2. Go to Settings,  Then System Settings.
3.  Go to Storage
4.  Select Cloud Saved Games and press A, now highlight enable and press A
5.  Once Cloud Storage is enabled, just find a game that is backwards compatible on the Xbox One and move or copy the game save to the newly enabled cloud storage

6. Turn on Xbox One and play the Xbox 360 Game of choice

That is all you need to play xbox 3 60 games on your Xbox One
