Welcome. I decided to make this blog after being a Xbox Ambassador for a number of years.

If you don't know an Ambassador is a Volunteer that Microsoft uses to help ease the load on the actual hard working support people.

I noticed that alot of the questions I would get could easily be solved by using Microsofts Xbox.com site.

Since some of the help articles may be hard to find, understand or the issue may be called something different in the gaming community making it more difficult to solve, I've decided to make this blog to make it easier for fellow gamers to get xbox assistance, news and all things Xbox.

NEWS: Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Price Drop

Microsoft has announced major changes to its Game Pass subscription lineup, lowering monthly prices while also adjusting how future Call of Duty titles will be added to the service.

Starting today, Microsoft has reduced the price of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate from $29.99 per month to $22.99 per month. PC Game Pass has also received a price cut, dropping from $16.49 to $13.99 per month. The company noted that pricing may vary depending on region.

Alongside the lower pricing, Microsoft confirmed a significant change for future Call of Duty releases. Beginning later this year, new Call of Duty games will no longer launch on Game Pass Ultimate or PC Game Pass on day one. Instead, upcoming entries in the franchise will be added during the following holiday season, roughly one year after release.

Current Call of Duty titles already included in the Game Pass library will remain available to subscribers.

Despite the change, Game Pass Ultimate members will continue to receive access to hundreds of games across Xbox consoles and PC, along with online console multiplayer, in-game perks, and major first-party day-one releases outside of the delayed Call of Duty rollout.

Microsoft said the decision was made in response to player feedback, acknowledging that no single subscription model fits every user worldwide. The company added that it plans to keep listening to players as the service evolves.
