Welcome. I decided to make this blog after being a Xbox Ambassador for a number of years.

If you don't know an Ambassador is a Volunteer that Microsoft uses to help ease the load on the actual hard working support people.

I noticed that alot of the questions I would get could easily be solved by using Microsofts Xbox.com site.

Since some of the help articles may be hard to find, understand or the issue may be called something different in the gaming community making it more difficult to solve, I've decided to make this blog to make it easier for fellow gamers to get xbox assistance, news and all things Xbox.

NEWS: More Games Being Added To Xbox Game Pass On July 1st

Xbox Game Pass launched on June 1st and offers gamers a new digital gaming subscription service with unlimited access to over 100 Xbox One and Xbox 360 backward compatible games for just $9.99 USD per month.

In addition to the 100+ great games already in the Xbox Game Pass catalog, the following games will be joining Xbox Game Pass on July 1st:







  1. Dead Island Definitive Edition
  2. Resident Evil 6
  3. F1 2015
  4. The Flame In The Flood
  5. Guacamelee: Super Turbo Championship Edition
  6. Bard’s Gold
  7. Monaco: What’s Yours Is Mine


One of the other benefits of Xbox Game Pass – Discounts on Xbox One games. From 01-16 July, Xbox Game Pass members can save on all PAYDAY 2 add-ons, including the recently released PAYDAY 2: CRIMEWAVE EDITION – The Most Wanted DLC Bundle.
