Welcome. I decided to make this blog after being a Xbox Ambassador for a number of years.

If you don't know an Ambassador is a Volunteer that Microsoft uses to help ease the load on the actual hard working support people.

I noticed that alot of the questions I would get could easily be solved by using Microsofts Xbox.com site.

Since some of the help articles may be hard to find, understand or the issue may be called something different in the gaming community making it more difficult to solve, I've decided to make this blog to make it easier for fellow gamers to get xbox assistance, news and all things Xbox.

NEWS: Xbox.com Website Receives Updates And Adds New Features

The Xbox team regularly updates the Xbox One and Xbox 360 consoles and the Xbox App for Windows 10 with improvements often influenced by user feedback, but did you know you can also leave feedback and recommendations for the Xbox.com website? To suggest new ideas or vote on existing recommendations, visit the Xbox Feedback website focusing on Xbox.com.


Here are a couple of updates the Xbox.com engineering team recently added to the website based on user feedback.


Listen to Voice messages on Xbox.com: We’ve added support for voice message playback on the website.



Show demos in search results: We’ve added support to show demos in search results and purchase/redeem demo downloads.



Thanks again for all of the support. We truly appreciate those who take the time to provide us feedback and help us make the Xbox consoles, apps and website the best fan experience they can be.
